Elyse 4.0

As part of the REACT EU system (European Union recovery system in response to the Covid-19 pandemic) of the FEDER-FSE Operational program, Elyse Technology has developed its ELYSE 4.0 project.

ELYSE TECHNOLOGY has chosen to resolutely commit to the industry of the future and is launching its ELYSE 4.0 project, aware that these two orientations (the 4.0 company on the one hand, the virtual factory on the other hand) are for it the strong pillars of its economic sustainability.

As a manufacturer, ELYSE TECHNOLOGY must not only support its customers in defining their needs (nature of inputs, type of energy produced envisaged) but also during subsequent operation by offering a whole range of related services artificial intelligence, applied tele-knowledge, distance training.

The first objective of the ELYSE 4.0 project is the digitization of data in an “Enterprise 4.0” dynamic. It consists of controlling the entire value chain from design to manufacturing and makes possible the interconnection of all partners, from the designer (design offices) to the manufacturers (industrial) and finally to the integrator (ELYSE TECHNOLOGY). 

All the data and processes generated during the different stages of design and manufacturing of a mobile unit will thus be centralized in a virtual space in which everyone will be interconnected and can interact. 

The implementation of this digital tool connecting each link in the chain will thus ensure effective synchronization of flows in the production line of each element with a view to final assembly.

The second objective of the ELYSE 4.0 project is the development of a virtual factory, thus opening the possibility for our customers to simulate the process and the associated energy production. 

A customer will also be able to view the regulatory framework to which they will be subject and interact with the organizations concerned.

This virtual factory will also make it possible to market remote maintenance, optimization or upgrading services for already installed factories (analysis of production processes) and training for users and operators of the installations.
